Your Inventory Has a Problem. We Fix It in Houston and Get You Selling Again.
A defect from a new factory. A compliance label that is wrong on every carton. A retailer rejection, or stock frozen in Amazon that has to come out before it can go back in. Thrive 3PL is the US team that opens the boxes, grades every unit, corrects what can be corrected, and puts your good inventory back on the shelf. You do not need an office here, and you do not need to get on a plane.

The Product Is Already Here and the Clock Is Already Running
Inventory problems cost more in lost weeks than in rework labor. A listing sits closed, a retail purchase order goes unfilled, storage accrues on pallets nobody has inspected, and competitors take the demand you built. Solving it needs someone standing in front of those pallets with your criteria in hand, working now rather than after the next shipment finally lands.
A container arrives and the goods are not what the factory promised, with no team in the US to check them before they enter your channel.
A quality defect surfaces after the product is already sitting in Amazon or in a retailer distribution center.
A retailer rejects the load over labeling, packaging, or barcode problems, and every carton needs rework before it can ship again.
Your listing is closed or your channel is blocked while the inventory waits, and each week of that costs organic rank you have to buy back later.
You are overseas, and flying people to the United States to sort pallets by hand is slow, expensive, and only catches what has already arrived.
Inspections and Remediation, Run by Your SOP
Product Inspections to Your Criteria, Not Ours
You write the standard and our team grades every unit against it, photographs whatever you want photographed, and records the findings. Visual checks, functional checks, measurement, and verification of lot and date. The sellable population comes back as a number you can plan around rather than an impression, at the reporting checkpoints you choose.
Remediation, Rework, and Repack
We replace outer packaging and poly bags, steam wrinkles out of garments, swap or remove printed inserts, add manuals and warning cards, pull expired promotional material, correct or reapply labels and barcodes, remove and replace components, repair to your written specification, and rebundle multipacks that came apart in transit.
Re-SKU and Return to Channel
Corrected units get a new FNSKU or retail barcode and carton and box-content labeling to specification, then ship to the plan you create in Seller Central, into a retailer, or into direct-to-consumer fulfillment from our floor. A clean SKU sells while the affected one stays closed, which turns a shutdown into a pause.
Documented Destruction and Disposal
Units that cannot be saved go to licensed disposal partners, including battery and hazmat streams, and the destruction documentation comes back to you. A recall or a safety issue is not finished until the destruction is evidenced.
Amazon Removals Received Batch by Batch
When the product has to come out of FBA first, we receive each removal batch as Amazon releases it rather than waiting for the last pallet, reconcile the count against the removal you filed, and compare the units that arrive against the SOP you provided. Amazon can take up to three months to release a large removal, and working it in stages is what keeps the storage clock short.
HazMat Categories by Advance Review
Thrive accepts products containing lithium batteries, aerosols, chemical-based products, and magnets case by case, under express advance approval following a review of your Safety Data Sheet. Send the SDS at the start of the conversation, because the review takes time that a live project rarely has.
"When we had a product recall affecting thousands of units, Thrive's team mobilized immediately. They sorted, inspected, and resolved everything in days — not weeks."
Three Steps to Better Fulfillment
Tell Us What You Need
Send your inspection criteria or SOP, the unit counts, and the timeline you are working against. We review sample units where that helps and scope the job before anything moves.
We Inspect and Remediate in Houston
Our team grades every unit against your standard, corrects what can be corrected, and disposes of the rest with documentation. You get progress reports at the checkpoints you choose rather than one summary at the end.
Your Good Inventory Goes Back to Selling
Corrected units get a new SKU or barcode where they need one and packing to channel specification. You create the Amazon shipment plan and we fulfill it, or we ship into a retailer or direct to consumers from our floor.

The Situations We Get Called Into
A new factory ships its first production run and the units do not match the sample. A quality issue surfaces weeks after launch, once the reviews start describing it. A compliance mark is missing, a label is wrong on every carton, or an insert has expired and cannot go out with the product. A retailer refuses the load. Returned and damaged stock accumulates until nobody knows how much of it is still sellable.
Each situation ends in the same place. Someone has to look at every unit against a written standard, sort the good from the bad, correct what can be corrected, and get the good inventory earning again. That work needs a building, a team, and somebody who will tell you the honest count at the end of it.
Projects We Have Run
A sample of the work, by product category. Client names stay private.
Toys
Removed button batteries from a toy set, then worked with a licensed battery disposal firm to evidence that every cell had been destroyed properly.
Fitness Equipment
A pilates equipment line arrived from the factory with manufacturing defects. We inspected, sorted, repackaged, and relabeled the good units under a new SKU, which reopened the listing before the defective stock could draw negative reviews.
Electronics
Inspected a full first production run arriving from a new factory, before any of it reached the sales channel.
Apparel
Repacked returned garments back to sellable condition in volume, steaming out the wrinkles that come with a return trip.
Kitchen Appliances
Received returned commercial kitchen appliances and tested every unit for proper operation before it went back into sellable inventory.
Pillows and Cushions
Repacked pillows and cushions into new retail cartons to carry a client's rebranding through to the shelf.
Calculate Your Hidden Costs
The rework bill is rarely the expensive part. The weeks are. A listing that stops selling does not resume where it left off, because rank decays, review velocity stops, and the competitors who stayed in stock absorb the demand you built. Winning that position back afterward costs advertising money that appears on no inspection quote. The same arithmetic argues against writing off the inventory and reordering, because a fresh production run and an ocean crossing keep you dark far longer than a remediation cycle does.
Rank is also why a modest-value product can still repay the work, because the listing you are protecting may be the one carrying the brand. Storage is the other cost with no defect attached to it. Amazon charges more to hold inventory in the fourth quarter and more again once that inventory has aged, so a perfectly good product can cost more to sit still than it earns. Sellers with steady demand pull everything past sixty to seventy-five days of cover, hold the balance with us in Houston at warehouse rates, and have us replenish two weeks of stock into FBA twice a month.
Every Week the Inventory Sits Is a Week You Pay For
Send the unit counts and what needs checking. We will tell you what the line can do and how quickly your product can be selling again.
Tell Us What You NeedWhen Remediation Pays, and When It Does Not
Remediation is not free, and the cost applies to every unit handled rather than only the units rescued. Inspection labor, corrective work, freight in and freight back out, and disposal for the portion that cannot be saved. Set that total against the recoverable value of the sellable share.
High-value goods with a strong sellable ratio clear it comfortably. Low-value stock where most of the shipment is scrap rarely does, and writing it off is the cheaper answer. We will walk the numbers with you before the inventory moves, and we will say so when the answer is that you should not.
Inspection also produces something the channel will not give you. A brand holding defective goods can usually claim against the manufacturer, and that claim needs evidence: unit counts, defect categories, and photographs of what actually arrived. Amazon hands you none of it. Our findings file does, and on a factory-defect project that documentation can recover more money than the rework does.
If the Product Has to Come Out of Amazon First
An Amazon removal order is a request in Seller Central to ship inventory out of an FBA fulfillment center to an address you choose. Amazon releases the units in batches rather than all at once, so a large removal arrives over weeks or months, and the ASIN usually stays closed for the duration. We receive each batch as it lands and work it immediately, which shortens the storage clock and returns corrected units to the shelf while the listing still has a position left to recover. Our full service page covers that process in detail.
