Your Shopify store connects to our warehouse management system. Inventory arrives at the fulfillment center, where it is received, counted, and stored. New Shopify orders then flow into the warehouse automatically, and our team picks, packs, and ships each one according to your rules. Tracking and inventory updates sync back to Shopify in near real time.

We connect through Extensiv WMS, which syncs directly with your Shopify store. Orders import automatically, inventory updates in real time, and tracking numbers push back to Shopify when orders ship. Setup typically takes 24-48 hours.

That is actually the most common setup we see. Most of our Shopify clients also sell on Amazon, wholesale, or other platforms. All channels fulfill from the same inventory — one warehouse, one stock count, no split shipments.

Yes. Recurring orders process on their scheduled dates automatically through the integration. We also handle kitting and assembly if your subscription includes bundled products.

We rate-shop across USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and other carriers for every order to find the best combination of speed and cost. You can also set carrier preferences if you have negotiated rates.

Most Shopify brands are fully onboarded within 7-14 days. That includes integration setup, inventory receiving, and test orders. We call it HyperCare — dedicated support through your first several weeks of live orders.
